Our sensors are at the core of kerbside management projects, providing our customers with Smart, real-time capabilities.

Our Urbiotica Sensors are used to accurately monitor individual parking bays and loading zones. The sensors are ideal for managing parking spaces that are specifically designated for disabled use or loading, where access is critical. UTS offer a suite of real-time parking occupancy tools which include ground-embedded sensors (for individual or dispersed parking spaces) as well as camera-based solutions for high-density surface parking lots. 

Each sensor is completely autonomous with an 8-year battery, embedded SIM and compact design making it ideal for permanent or temporary deployment. 

UTS are also working with EV charging providers where our sensors can reliably detect the presence of a vehicle in a valid charging session versus a vehicle parked in an EV-bay where the charging session has expired.
